I am Dr. Shaik Mohammed Waseem, an interdisciplinary researcher and technologist dedicated to advancing the frontier of edge artificial intelligence (AI) through innovative hardware-software co-design. My expertise lies in harnessing the power of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) and ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) technologies to accelerate machine learning applications, enabling intelligent systems to operate with efficiency, speed, and autonomy even in resource-constrained environments.

Currently, I am deeply engaged in pioneering research at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIITB), while simultaneously leading technology innovation as the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of EdgeRON—a startup committed to transforming AI hardware for real-world deployment.
